The content on greenbirdlabs.com is for general information about our studio. We try to keep it accurate, but it is not advice and we may change it at any time.

Case studies, metrics and names shown on the site may be illustrative. Nothing on the site is an offer to provide services; studio work is only agreed in a signed written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms for that work.

When you download one of our apps we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, in line with these terms and the rules of the store you got it from.

You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the services, reverse engineer or try to extract the source code, use the services to break the law or infringe anyone's rights, upload malicious code, or interfere with the services or other users.

Some apps need an account. You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time inside the app or by emailing us; we may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

You keep ownership of anything you create or upload in our apps. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, back up and display that content only as needed to operate the service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

In-app purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms. Prices are shown in the store before you buy and may include tax.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current period (for App Store subscriptions, at least 24 hours before it ends). You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its refund policy. We may change prices or features with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

Apps you download from the App Store are licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). Apps you download from Google Play are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Where those store terms and these terms cover the same ground, the store terms prevail for that download.

Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for our apps, their content or support for them. We, not the store, handle support, maintenance and any claims relating to our apps; write to support@greenbirdlabs.com.

The services, including the greenbird name and bird mark, designs, text, code and images, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. These terms do not give you any rights in them beyond the licence above. Client work is owned as set out in the relevant client agreement.

We may update, change or discontinue the services or any feature at any time. We try to give notice of significant changes, and we are not liable if a service is unavailable for reasons outside our reasonable control.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live that cannot be excluded by agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for all claims relating to a service in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in that period, or 1,000 Thai baht if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may stop using the services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we discontinue a service. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, governing law) continue after termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes will be brought in the courts of Bangkok, unless the consumer law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms; if you do not, stop using the services.
